Up to date vaccination records are required for all pups attending play sessions at Play Unleashed. You are required to upload vaccination records to your account for all dogs attending your booking. This can only be done via the desktop site (ideally on a computer or tablet). While it can be done on a mobile device, the website is not optimized for mobile devices and you may encounter errors - most mobile devices will need to be rotated horizontally to view the menu. To upload your pup's records, click the link below to login to the online booking tool, then click the "My Info" tab and navigate to "Documents". All files must be less than 4 MB in size - if you have a photo that is too large, taking a screenshot is a good way to reduce the file size of a high resolution photo.
